El libro Casa Hogar: un oasis en tiempos de represión, se ha construido sobre la base de 18 testimonios que han sido clave para historizar y reflexionar sobre lo que fue la experiencia de Fundación PIDEE en la protección a niños y niñas que fueron víctimas en algún momento y de alguna forma, del Golpe Militar chileno de 1973. El programa “Casa Hogar” se desarrolló entre los años 1985 y 1990 en Santiago de Chile.
